Last time I was doing a weight loss program I got stuck for a long time very close to my goal and I finally lost the weight when I decided the number in the scale didn't matter... Just how good I felt ;) it could be stress.

I'm with you! I've cut out some coffee and replaced it with green tea. Did you know if you add a squirt of lemon juice to green tea your body will absorb about 3x as many antioxidants? I do it everytime now since I read that :) tastes great too.

Hey girls! Hang in there.. I'm a mom of 4 and each time it's 9 months when it gets easier to lose.. It's never easy but easier ;) just make sure you're eating filling foods and not empty calories and drink lots of water. Otherwise try not to stress about it too much. Congrats!

Hey! I have about the same amount to lose as you.. 15 pounds is where I feel my best. I'm unable to exercise for awhile so have to really watch the food intake! Would love support and can give encouragement :)

Hi! I'm 27 and wanting to lose 15 pounds. My problem is i have a medical issue going on and can't excercise for awhile which is how I've always been able to lose weight before. So my eating has to be extra good. I Need to be held accountable!
