Try www.dietdoctor.com I use only the free part so far. There is a 2 week low carb challenge with shopping list, meal plan all spelled out. Good luck. Im not keto yet, i just bought test strips, but im staying away from sugar and carbs.

Crickets, hear them? That's kind of what you get in this group.. I think most are inactive users. Anyways, I have P90x and x3...go with x3 it's got more cardio/core work and only 30 minutes. You can do doubles to mix it up and it's only an hour per day! Good luck!

You have to input them in once under cardio, then guesstimate the calories burned. Every person burns a diff amount anyways. It's not science, but it helps tracking. Good luck and keep pressing play!

Nice job! I started a weight loss comp on March 2 as well on DietBets and the goal to win is to lose4% weight in 4 weeks. I am going a tad hybrid with p90x and x3...depending on time available. @GOGO384 Have you looked at P90X3? Since the DVDs are just 30 min each, it's much easier to get through. You can always do doubles if it's not enough.

Hey seeyoubabyweight, you've done a great thing. First you have a goal in mind: a concrete amount of weight, a date to complete it. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so look in the mirror for definition etc. Also, you won't get glares from us! Each of us on MFP are on our own journey to better health, better lookโฆ

Who the F likes the yoga DVD! Stupid Tony! Ha ha. I swear I've had the program for over 7 years now and have never completed it! I ALWAYS get stuck on the 1 1/2 hrs of yoga! Argh. Anyways, I did buy p90x3 and actually completed it a few months ago. (30 min of yoga only!) but I didn't see the results like I was hoping. I'mโฆ

I'm currently doing p90x, I've owned the DVDs since 2007....never finished it completely. I bought p90x3 and completed it. 30 minutes on p90x3 vs an hour to 1.5 hrs on p90x. You can always do doubles if you need or want more. My goal is to finish this bloody thing once in my life! Ha Good luck and stay focused on your goal!
