So decided was going to cosplay Ellen Ripley as don't have much time to make anything and thought could hide some of my fat! Anyway, it arrived today and it's too small :( it's the largest size so can't change it for a bigger one. Got 5 weeks till the Expo so got an awful lot of work to do!

Hiya, I'm Ruth from Inverness, am 5ft 4 and on about 1200 per day. I managed to lose a stone last year on it then it crept back on again :( am more serious this time and exercising too :)

I really can't choose as so many amazing films and TV. At the moment am loving The Walking Dead, and love zombie movies. Loved Guardians of the Galaxy, HP books and films ... Am excited for Game of Thrones soon. Also loved Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Dollhouse and so many more ...

Need to think of a good cosplay for April that's age appropriate (am 44) and don't have to be skinny for as not lost enough weight yet! Did want to go as Black Canary but think might not work for me. Maybe Ellen Ripley or River Song - any suggestions? Still got a few weeks to go so hoping to lose another half stone before…

Hi, I cosplayed for the first time last year and loved it! I lost a bit of weight to do it but put it on again :( was going to cosplay again this year but not lost enough (and feel my age is against me anyway!). Well done for getting fit for it!
