It's going Good! I've lost weight and inches. I couldn't do all the exercises without stopping to catch my breath for the first few days of each phase, but keep going and your endurance will build up..I start level 3 tomorrow Eeek!

I'm on Day 16! Stick with it and eat better and you'll be amazed by the results. I'm on a 20% calorie deficit while doing the program and I can see results!
