  • If you use a HRM, like the H7, Flow will show calories for each training you do separately from your inactive calorie burn. If you don't use the HRM, you won't get that data. Hope this helps.
  • I use my Polar Loop with the H7 exclusively. GPS is a secondary concern for me. I use RunKeeper for that plus it has distance which the Loop doesn't have.   • I use a Polar Loop as well. Sadly there doesn't seem to be a social component. I'm thinking of buying one for my wife. We used to use the FitBit app to have friendly competition and accountability.
  • Not soon enough. I manage to get some exercise data from my Polar Loop into MFP indirectly via RunKeeper. MFP works with RunKeeper. When I'm on my run the data goes into MFP, except the HR information. I enter that manually and I usually have to edit the calories since the H7 provides more accurate calorie output data.…
