m&s individual stone baked pizzas are lush and range from 420-450 cals. Serve with a big salad and you have a dinner that's not too bad caloriewise but still feels indulgent :)

So very very sorry :'( My lovely little black and white boy Zorro died in October and we still miss him every day. I echo the others that say cut yourself a little slack if you need to but try not to let it slide into a massive fall off the wagon. Hugs to you

You also need to consider if you're reading your body's signals correctly. Mine are completely messed up after years of overeating.
