  • Don't drink diet anything. That stuff makes me crave junk food and sugar like CRAZY. If I want chips or fries I eat a big ole pickle. It feels like a junk food but has zero nutritional value or impact. Having a a healthy snack always available helps, because junk food is so insanely cheap and convenient... and I'm lazy.…
  • It gets confusing from store to store. I've dropped two pants sizes in an hour after going from Banana Republic to Old Navy ;)
  • You are brave for posting a picture of something you want to change. BTW, you have a nicely proportioned figure :)
  • I never really thought about it before, but now that I think of it, it happens to me too. And person above me is right, I've been drinking lots of tea since my super forgot about the whole heat thing. Ginger tea feels extra warm.
  • MFP (I used a different account after WLS a while) Weight watchers felt too commercial, and while many people say the group classes work for them as well as the point system, I found the meetings tedious and impersonal. I do like their bread and ice-cream though. Good stuff.
