I am over 60 yrs and finding exercise VERY difficult. Also I am only 5 ft so I have to maintain at 1200 calories. It is not too bad at home but we like to go out to eat. Ideas on what to eat at a restaurant? I have lost and gained the same 70 lbs at least 4 times!

My daughters boyfriend brings his own food & I find it insulting. Everyone talks about him when they leave. I think you could find something to nible on.

I have same issue lost 70 in 2 yrs & have gained back all! I have only a 20lb goal cause 70 is overwhelming to me. My son introduced me to this program & i have lost 5 in 2 wks. I put in the morning that i went to gym & walked off 150 cal before I do it then make myself do it. Lol
