I'm also a new vegan! My favorite documentaries are Forks Over Knives and Earthlings. On YouTube I like to watch Kate Flowers. She's a raw vegan which I'm not interested in trying but I like her personality. I also like Healthy Crazy Cool and Hot for Food.

I've been a vegetarian since January 1st. This is my first week actually dairy free. So far its been ok. My question is how to not to give into cheese cravings especially is social situations. I don't drink milk, eat yogurt, or ice cream anyway. Cheese just seems to be the one thing I have a problem with.

My favorite go to meal is a veggie bowl. I add greens (usually romaine or spinach) beans, rice or quinoa, and whatever vegetables I have in my kitchen. I usually add a dressing too and some spices. This is a very filling and satisfying meal.
