Seems your eating to little. Also, weighing 2x a day doesn’t appear to be benefiting you. 1x a week is plenty. It’s marathon not a sprint. It’s a a life style not diet. You can do this! You ARE doing this!!

I can relate. I lost the weight after my first two pregnancies, lost the weight after my twins and then gained it all back and then some. I’ve lost some only to gain more and my twins are almost 4. Time to get serious for my kids, husband, and mainly for myself!

Unfortunately I can’t run any longer, but I am a true fan of lifting! Best with your training!

I can relate. I lost 30 lbs in 2014-15 and gained it back and then some. Hectic schedule as well: 4 kids I homeschool, business owner, attorney and wife. Were in this together!
