Oatmeal (50g) with 0,5% milk (250g), banana (50g), peanut butter (20g) and desiccated coconut (5g) . Sometimes i add some pudding (i use 15g of pudding powder with no sugar). Around 500-550 calories and it keeps me full for about 3-4 hours :smile:
