Loose weight and build muscle. I'm back at the gym and boot camp, doing what I can (recovering from broken toes, still alittle painful) started Keto yesterday. I'm sick of looking like a big fat lump!

I am 5ft 7, 37 and 13st 12lb. I was active until last year but unfortunately could not find the energy as became a carer for mum who sadly died 2 weeks ago and hold down a full time job. I will be returning to gym after easter and what ever I burn I will eat back- protein shake etc I try my best to eat clean- veg meat etc.…

I am trialing vi protein shake at the moment, I am working on a 1200 calorie diet for 2 weeks and then increasing to 1500. I drink 3-5 litres of water a day which is normal for me. I have an appetite of a pig and struggle with 1200. I am trying but for some people shakes work and some not but you have to try for yourself.…

Don't be disheartened, it may take your body a short time to adjust. My weight is up and down most of the time, throw away any scales you have. I wish you luck xx
