im realising now the weight definitley has something to do with it! I dont drink calorie beverages EVER, i drink only water and one coffee a day and i account for that. I also dont eat salad dressings or condiments. These are usually non vegan and contain nasties which i dont want in my body.

i really wish more people were reading what i was writing :S Im not cranky or tired, i just need to know what to do better. im getting there. I just amended my goal in my diary to 5000kjs which is about 1200 calories?? thats got to be better and healthier right??? Anyway, thank you again to all.

thank you for the lovely advice, i *do* take a b12 supplement because i have been deficiant before. With proteins i know i eat lentils, tempeh and peas but i dont think i eat enough....i really need to readjust my thinking by the looks of it... thank you again so much :)

i never said i was eating only 800 calories a day??? On very rare ocassion i was but mostly maintained around the 4500kj mark.... i didnt come here to have anyone tell me to get real. I came for help. Help is what i am getting from other members. Thank you.

oh no no, im not buying any products....im just eating a completly plant based diet. I dont consume animals or any animal products. I do, however, need to lose extra kilos, doing this on a vegan diet can be difficult and confusing about how much i should eat!!! lol im eating for health :)

youre right....its hard though because i feel so good??!!!! I get 7 hours sleep, i drink water, im happy, i dont feel tired or dizzy and i dont get sick. I just thought i was listening to my body :(

thank you!! I keep forgetting to be aware of it, i know its important!! Im vegan for both reasons. I dont believe consuming animals and animal products is healthy. But...lets not start that discussion!

Yup! I consume probably about 850-900 on an average day. Some days more, maybe 1020? I have had low days where I didn't mean to but I consumed maybe only 850?? My weight in kgs is about 118 currently. I'll try to open my diary now...I'm not sure how to do it. Lemme try!
