The only thing that has helped me is Ensure Plus. Sometimes eating the calories makes me get full and sick to my stomach. But sometimes I can chug 2 Ensures and BOOM that's 700 calories JUST from drinking. Also I don't get to full and in about 45 minutes I'm hungry for spaghetti :)
