Noob here. I tried this awhile ago but failed alone. I am a geeky, past martial artist, spinal injured, special ed teacher who need some support outside my lucky friends who can eat or not eat whatever and always look good.

I earned my blackbelt in 08 in tkd, but after a car accident I quit practicing and gained a lot of weight. I'm working on getting back in shape so I can once again practice. I just don't have it in me to go back to a school when I can't handle pushups but I'm supposed to be a blackbelt.

I've tried to keep myself on track, that was an epic failure. I'm a sped teacher and I'm just so tired after work I never make it to the gym. Someone want to help keep me going? I want to loose about 80 lbs... I was once super athletic and want to get back to it.
