Thanks for the answers. You were spot on (sorry I was clear as mud) and I have been tracking fast days strictly by the other days more leisurely - yes get a lecture from MFP which is funny. Never been told I have eaten too little before ;)

I have the polar f4 which i really like but i plan on getting the fitbit charge hr once it is out in colours other than black. I find they are good visual tools and motivate me to keep going with my workout and give me a sense of achievement after.

I love bento anything!!! I'm obsessed with making my 2yo son's lunchboxes healthy and attractive to encourage eating. I also take a yumbox panino to work for me and people always say how good it looks (I like the healthy portioning personally). Thanks for starting this thread. I have had my tm31 for about 2.5 years now and I absolutely love it. I use it multiple times per day and it really take the time our of food prep/cooking for me as a working Mum. I would love the recipe Yvonne since I don't own MoM cookbook (I have most others)! Thanks :)

Today I had a black coffee ~350ml (French pressed at home) on my way in to work; skim flat white ~350ml around 10am (work meeting), green tea in the afternoon with loads of water; Forking Foodie 5:2 recipe for mushroom stroganoff with cauliflower rice. Feeling very full and contents at 420cal.
