Switch to skim, and gradually cut down on sugar until its zero. Like 1 week @ 1.5 sugars, then 1 @ 1 sugar, and so on. Eventually you'll enjoy unadulterated coffee. Don't worry about it, I myself used to eat <1000 cals most days, and not on purpose I just had no appetite due to medications.
