I think The Exorcist is only scary if you hold certain religious beliefs. I found the whole film spectacularly boring. The Shining I actually laughed at certain points as it was so ridiculous. Jack Nicholson's worst performance by a country mile... so over-the-top!

Yeah, I agree with this. I measure it once a week but it's entirely up to you. I never try to set too much store by it though. Your weight can fluctuate a lot. Especially if you are measuring daily.
