Well I have restarted recording my food today so here goes, I need a lot of help and support so if anyone fancies helping me I would appreciate it. I am getting married in 2017 so would like to be a lot lighter and look amazing in my dress and also to feel a lot better.

Wow all your pictures are amazing, I am going to take a picture tonight and then another one is 3 months to see if there is a difference and I hope there is. Caroline
