first thing to do....get rid of the scale. There is nothing worse than being a slave to the scale. The weight showing on the scale isn't the best way to see if you are losing weight. I wouldn't be able to handle eating only once a day. My ex bf did that and it worked for him but it certainly didn't work for me. I've been eating 5 meals a day for the past few years. Because I am so used to it, if I did go to one meal a day, I'd get really sick. Having said this....it all depends on your fitness goals…
