Thank you everyone for your advice! I will try waking up earlier to get some exercise in. I wake up at 5:30 and have to take my son to his daycare, or else I'd love to jog in the a.m :) I too was under the impression that if I only worked out 2 or so times a week it would be useless. It's nice to know that it is not. :)
