I make a marinade of soy sauce, sriracha, honey and fresh garlic. Toss in the marinade and roast. So good. Hot and sweet.

Well I didnt run for like ten days but got back out there today. I am not going to meet my quota, but I won't quit. 6/28- 2.1 Month 42.4/60

Ran my mud run today. Time sucked, but then there was wait time at obstacles and I spent 5 minutes trying to get out of the mud pit. All in all though, it was a success. Looking for my next 5k to sign up for. 6/14- 3.1 Totals- 37/60

6/9: 3.1 Total 24.9/60 Have my first 5k on sunday and my plantar fascitis has been bugging me a bit. I dont know if I should take a day off before race or what. And my first race is a mud run I am doing with my family. Wish I would have picked a regular one to run.

Well I am gonna try again. I have my first 5k this month so I have been running but not posting. Hoping to stay accountable this month. I am in for 60 miles this month. I have improved my time by 2.5 minutes for my 5k in May, so hoping to improve a bit more in June.

I will join. I am a new runner just starting out so mine is a run/walk combo for now. Aiming for 50 miles this month.

I love zumba . I have lost 83 pounds in the last 8 months doing it. I burn an average 500 calories for a 50 minute class. I go four times a week. It is super fun and my classes all use popular music which is a plus. I have no coordination and I can still do it. I love it.

I love them roasted but my latest way of eating them is sweet potato black bean chili. Tons of recipes on pinterest.

I wash and dry very good. Drizzle with small amount of oil. Massage in. I go very light on oil. U can always add more if needed. I season with salt pepper and garlic and bake at 375. Stir around every few minutes but make sure they are always in a single layer. U dont want them to steam. Bake until crispy and just a bit…
