PF Chang's....I used to order their hot and sour soup all the time, until I discovered that one bowl has over 9,000 mg of sodium!! Why???? I mean, I know this type of food has a high sodium content anyway, but that's just ridiculous. Haven't touched it since.

I only eat regular foods and I'm down 38 pounds, with 7 more pounds to reach my goal. I don't even eat lite, low-fat, or reduced calorie foods....I just manage my total calories and try to incorporate more veggies...I also exercise at least five days/week. So far, so good.

Eat a good healthy breakfast every day, I did that over the Thanksgiving holiday and it really helped me later on the day when the temptations were everywhere...I was able to eat a little bit of everything but didn't feel famished....oh, and log everything!

Even though I really didn't feel like it, I got up at 5:15 this morning and did the 3-mile Walk Away the Pounds....also, I can finally fit into a cute red dress that's been hanging in my closet for a while! I'm taking it to the cleaners today so I can wear it on Saturday. Yay!
