Thanks! Yes, I love belgium beers a lot. I allow myself 2 beers a week until I accomplish my weigh goal. Cant live without them ;)

I'm not trying to avoid them, I still enjoy my drink but just seeking advices. I usually have a drink 3 times a week. I was also curious what do u guys like to drink.

Just keep eating healthy... Avoid sugars n processed food. If I were u, I would do a few core exercises n high intensity workout. :) u will get there, be patient.

Hahahah, I'm dealing with the same situation. Not easy when friends or family don't support u. Just ignore them! Or do u have any friends who don't drink? Maybe u should stick with them. Good luck on your journey of weigh loss! :smile:

I have my cheat days on sundays....i dont eat big portions but i have carbs and a dessert. I avoid carbs and sugar during the week.
