Hmmm, thats so true, sometimes we think its bad but really it might not be as bad. There have been plenty of days when I log my food and I have like 1000 calories left over. I love your thought process, I never thought of it that way! Definitely logging everything from now on! Thanks!

Ahhh! I have this same problem! I've been on a roll the whole month of January, I was eating healthy and working out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, and then bam! I do the same thing. If I'm having lunch or dinner and I'm full I will stomp on the rest of my food so I don't over eat lol... Wasteful I know but if it sat there I would have ate it just because it tastes good :/
