ER RN here, I find night shifts are the hardest for my cravings. I manage to do well with eating properly on days off and day shifts. Then I work a stressful nightshift and I'm right back to where I started.

I just started the bodyboss pre training program, I bought it because I liked the layout of the book and how easy it is to follow. I like that it has the schedule right there for you. I had also read good reviews on 3rd party websites.
