You're right, I had been going through this all wrong. I had it stuck in my mind that the empty calories were no good however I never realized how HARD it was to gain just by eating "clean". No worries, not rude at all. I used to do bjj and boxing a few years back. I had some lung problems and I had to stop. I've recently started weight lifting and doing some yoga. Unfortunately I have to limit myself to once or twice a week.
