It doesn't necessarily stop the craving, but being busy stops you from going for the food immediately and sometimes it gives me time to weigh my options and decide I'd really…

I usually weigh every morning too, unless I feel like it's going to be a particularly bad day - like maybe I ate too much the night previous - and then I'll give it a day or two break.

I do it first thing in the morning too, but I think the important thing is that you're consistent. So if you want to weigh after exercise go for it, just make sure that's when you're weighing in every day.

I always add cinnamon because it adds flavor and cinnamon is supposed to be good for you too. You might try using skim milk, or the lowest percentage that you can stand. Also, Splenda brown sugar still has calories but it's half as many as regular brown sugar, so that may be a way to have your brown sugar and eat it too.
