Nice! I'm looking to drop 10 this OS. Then another 6 by my first sprint of the season. Another 4 by August before my OLY and 3 more by my fall race (either 70.3 AC or a half marathon)

I don't know... I can't cut out completely out I'll be 's binge monster! I just try to eat something sugary in the morning then if a snack craving hits at night chocolate milk fills the void.
