I love mock tuna salad: chickpeas-mashed, vegan mayo, relish, mustard, spices, celery You can add in what you want but I love this. It's even better when it sits in fridge for awhile. Pinterest also has great ideas. You can also make your own black bean burgers and freeze them.

Yeah..I'm kicking myself for the pizza I ate...a frozen pizza...the whole thing. Trying to thinking about the good stuff I did this week, Zumba and running, so I don't follow up with the bag of chips I bought for my boys lunches next week. We can do it!!!

Overnight oats are great. There are many different recipes. I love PB and J or banana walnut overnight oats the best. I just make some for me and my kids and we grab and run out the door. Pinterest has some great recipes to make your own breakfast bars that are really good.
