  • I relate to your intro. I have been on slim fast, weight watchers, Atkins, south beach. I have been at goal and gained it all back. Right now I am the heaviest I've ever been. I know I can't wing weight loss but gosh darn I hate tracking calories. If I am ever going to lose the weight I am learning I have to track.
  • Thank you all for responding. Doesn't MFP take tdee into account? I am still at the point that I want to lose vs accept this weight. Partly because it isn't healthy and partly because I hate the morning ritual of figuring out what to wear that will cover up the rolls, butt, etc! I keep thinking as I get older I will care…
