I'm starting today!! It's my first time doing this program and I'm excited to get back on track!! Anyone doing the shakeology along with it??

Just ordered the 21 day fix a few days ago and can't wait for my kit to get here!! Feel free to add me :)

25 years old 5'2 HW: 140 CW: 111 Goal: getting more fit and toned!! I started on mfp weighing in at around 125 and was just unhappy with how I looked so I dropped lots of weight and now I'm still not that happy with my flabby loose skin :( looking for my twin here who can relate!
-
I had that same problem!! I spent hours doing a ton of cardio and I still didn't like the way my body looked. I was definitely skinny fat! But as soon as I added strength training at least 3x a week I looked way more toned in almost 2-3 weeks!

I recently started the bbg and working into week 3. I'm doing it a little different because I want to focus on my problem areas since i will be going on vacation in a few weeks and have to wear a bikini. I have already noticed more definition in my abs and love the results I'm seeing! I'm not following the nutrition guide…
-
I think I will have to amp up my strength training to get results!
-
This is exactly what is happening to me! I'm so close to my goal weight but I'm really not happy with the way my body looks. I just can't seem to lose that jiggly fat around my waist
-
Thank you for all the helpful advice! I am going to try and eat a small snack instead to see if that works better for me. And for those who were wondering I was meaning body fat.
-
This is a great idea! Count me in!!
-
Feel free to add me!

I buy Designer whey gourmet chocolate at target or Walmart. It's fair in price and it tastes like a chocolate shake! If it mix it with frozen bananas and almond mix in the blender it's as good as any ice cream

I have been contemplating starting this guide for weeks now so today is the day!! Feel free to add me for support and motivation
-
Just finished level 2 today! Very glad to be done with that level!! I might take a rest day before L3 though
-
Halfway through level 2!! I can't wait to move on to next level. I'm sensing from other comments that level 3 is more enjoyable? That keeps me motivated
-
Thank you for this!!!
-
L2D3 done! This level 2 is a killer but I always feel better and more accomplished afterwards so I guess it's worth it
-
L2D1 was definitely more difficult and left me panting at the end but I have to say I enjoyed it more than L1 because I feel I was working my abs more
-
Jumped to level 2 a few days early today. I just couldn't bring myself to do L1 any longer because I just get too bored and couldn't wait to learn new moves
-
This is a wonderful challenge! I'm not sure I can do it for the whole 7 days but it's a great goal to strive for! Count me in
-
Thank you 5000th angel! I'm glad I'm not the only one who got bored
-
Has anyone here skipped to level 2 before 10 days were up? It's still a challenging workout I just get bored of the same routine
-
L1D7 done today! I'm getting a little tired of level 1
-
I should also add that I typically walk/run between 10000-15000 steps per day as well so that might be why
-
Finished L1D5 today! Feeling much stronger than day 1 already :) just curious about daily calorie intake while doing this workout? I'm consuming up to 1800 per day otherwise I'm starving! My TDEE is set at 1400 but I can never manage to eat that low. Is there anyone else that has this problem?
-
Thank you DaneanP for that advice! I rink I will have my rest day on Sunday's since its kind of a lazy day anyway!
-
Finished L1D2 today! Feeling a little sore from yesterday!! Does anyone know how many rest days we can take within the 30 day period? I don't wanna take too many and have the program not as effective
-
It's so nice to be involved with such an active group!! I'm glad I came across this thread
-
I would love to join in! I know I'm a few days late but I love this workout and need motivation to stick with it!
