I'm currently ending week 4. I've been doing it for a month (feels good!) I've lost at least 3.5lbs (weighed myself last week) and my body is a lot tighter everywhere. I have a lot more energy and positive mood too!

I've been doing Kayla Itsines BBG workout lately which is calisthenics (circuit training) for 27 minutes 3X week and eating a little better. It's been a few weeks and mine is disappearing. I didn't have much to begin with however. I imagine this works to varying degrees.

Oh wow. That's really interesting! I'm recommended to take l-glutamate anyways to repair my intestinal damage from celiac disease. I've always had very wicked sugar cravings -- often if I don't eat a dessert in a restaurant or if I get it in my head I think about it for hours. I'm going to give this a try! Thanks!

It's been a good couple of days. With the amount of exercise I've been doing I've been consistently hitting my BMR -500 rate since I took up the challenge. In addition to that, I've been waking anywhere between 7000-1500 steps per day plus a massage or two (I'm a part time massage therapist). How is everyone else? Feeling…
