  • i felt the same as you. it's been about 5 weeks since i've started my deficit and going to they gym 3-5 x a week. i started with 3 weeks of nothing but weight training/lots of leg work. i figure if i gained muscle in my legs i will lose pretty nicely around that area too.   • I just started yesterday myself. my goal is to at least lose 25lbs by Oct. I actually need a lot more to lose.... at least 50lbs but im taking it lil by lil. We can all motivate each other!!! my motto - "si se puede" :)
