I hate the word "delicious." It sounds so stupid to me. Especially when a guy says it. I also hate when people say (or type) nom nom nom to indicate that something is delicious. I have no idea why these things bother me.........

I have not thrown up since I was 8 years old (mushroom pizza). I'm now 50. Yes, I drink.....and yes, I get the stomach flu....but I DO NOT VOMIT.

Splenda is the devil. I spent almost ten years tying to figure out why I had daily headaches, increased blood pressure, blurred vision, and heart palpatations. I saw optometrists, opthamologists, neurologists and cardiologists....had numerous tests done to include MRI and spinal tap.....and took all kinds of crazy migraine…

Yeah - I used to be that idiot. I was that idiot for several years. Thing is.....I'm not dumb. I'm actually very smart...raised two great kids....have a great paying job.....a Master's degree, etc...etc..etc. I used to beat myself up.....thinking I'm a smart person, why can't I do this? Good point - but there was no tugging or pulling.....just a little gentle support. That's why I made him do it 3 times....got the same result all three times.

Early on in this thread someone mentioned weighing less on the scale when their husband/bf held up their boobs. Well, I had to try it. OMG - did it three times just to be sure and .....my boobs weight 6 pounds. Awesome!!

I move my scale from room to room and weigh myself several times, like the floor will make a difference (linoleum, hardwood, ceramic tile). Sometimes I can get it down an ounce or two.
