Hi Ashlee.My name is Leona and I will support you on your journey. I'm 49 and I finally made up my mind for a lifestyle change. I don't call it a diet because it has to be for the rest of my life.I need to lose 100+ pounds also. We can do this. Time to take back our bodies.

I started January 5, 2015 my goal is 200 by 2017. I'm working out 5 days a week for 1 hour hard. Saturday's are my lite work out days 30 minutes. I'm focusing on being healthy and being accountable for myself. I've lost 31 pounds. I need help in making better choices of foods . Can someone HELP me?

I'm trying to lose 200 pounds.When I started on January 5 weighed 378. I lost 28 pounds in 3 weeks. Good start but trying to stay motivated. Working out 5 days a week.
