I gained 42lbs during my 2nd pregnancy. This pic was taken 2 weeks ago on holiday, 10 months PP and 4 lbs left till I reach pre-pregnancy weight. All done by eating at a calorie deficit and working out with fitness dvd's. There's lots of us on here (MFP) if your wife wants to join up for support :)

Just completed level 2 day 9 :s one more day of level 2! I don't know what I'm feeling the most..., happy to have no more pendulum lunges (I hope!) or terrified of what's in store for level 3! Haha

I haven't really changed my diet, I'm just eating a lot less of it by sticking to the calorie goal MFP has given me.

Hi I'm also 32, I have an 11 year old and a 9 month old. I'm on level 2 day 8 and am really enjoying it (and seeing results yay!) feel free to add me. Once I've completed I'm thinking about carrying on but mixing up the levels and doing two in one go. Or maybe getting another Jillian workout... I LOVE her :D

I weigh every day too. If I've had a good day previously and kept to my calorie goal I actually wake up and feel excited to get on the scale. And even if I've had a not so good day previously, I know to expect it to be up a bit and I feel quite happy if it's not jumped up as much as I expected. It really doesn't bother me…

Meeee!! My daughter is 6 weeks old. Last year I lost 35 lbs and reached my goal weight right before I fell pregnant with her! I gained 42 lbs during my pregnancy and lost 20 lbs within a week of having her. I'm now working on the final 22!
