I failed on Saturday. I went to a wedding and before I knew it I was drinking wine and dancing with the bride to classic rock. Feeling horrific, even now. This is me officially off the booze.

Im in for sober september. Had my first drink in months at a festival this past weekend (30th aug) and then carried on drinking until I ended up singing loudly to Metallica at 2am in the middle of Leeds. I woke up the day after and remembered why i stopped drinking in the first place while sat on a packed train back home.…

I like this challenge. - I will not eat after 8 pm Weekdays - I will not eat after 10pm Weekends - I will drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes to see if i really am hungry before eating evening snacks
