Nope. Never; your knees should go outward. Be very careful with your ligaments...this is from my coach; he competes in squats / deadlifts. His form is awesome. But mostly; his clients never get injured which is the best reference for me :)

Well not much time for me; i have to say this weekend I see things more clearly again. But I dont know what happened to me this past week. i could hardly deadlift, missed my cleans, and my squats were mediocre. Today I was back on top... Tomorrow is my day of rest. Sometimes the pressure to excel is a bit much. Thanks to…

I have an extremely muscular body now; my quads and hamstrings are really developped. I lift heavy, but as a female, i get the best results for muscles from the stairmaster after my strenght routine. With weights on my shoulders, and not touching the side bars for 20 mtes at good speed. Your quads and hamstrings will…

But it has helped me so far.... And today was a better day. I relaxed a little... I think that having the list of the next 7…

Well life is hectic.... I am up at 4am, gym 5to 7 am, work all day as a grade 8 teacher, back at gym with coach from 4:30 to 6 pm, workput on ny weaknesses from 6 to 7 pm. Then eat, shower, and sleep 5 hours. Might look crazy, but I do get 2 full days of rest a week. And this is the schedule my sponsors have recommended…

But I weigh 145lbs. And I will not go under that because then I cant lift. And I am told that I have the best body at the gym, and compete. I…

Well I feel I should have specified something: I train because I compete in all kinds of Spartan races across Canada and the States. So thats why I train so hard. But my relationship with food is really weird. I will check the blogs mentioned. And thank you all for sharing; feels really good to have people who went through…

I know.... But i was told it will take time in order not to see food as an enemy.
