I can't even hate on Richard Simmons though. I was sweating to the oldies as a teenager. He at least tried to make it fun and I think his diet tips weren't too crazy.

Nutri-System in the 80s! We paid loads of money for horrible food. You lose weight because you can't eat it but you paid so much money that you won't buy more food!
