  • For advice, it is so dependent on many things, like what you're eating, if you're exercising, how long it's been. Belly fat has to be the worse thing to lose. It's hard. If anything, just try to do a routine ab workout everyday. Mornings, first thing, give best results. I know when I slack, I see it.
  • I'm in the same range! Add me!! I try to be smart about when I eat, in addition to what I eat..and what I eat is a lot of protein! I love my veggies too and try to juice one meal everyday.
