I'm in the same boat. :) I've lost 40 pounds doing the same thing this app have us don't except I did it all manually on my computer, but that was some years ago. What I did wrong was I got half way where I wanted to be and thought I looked good then stopped. That was a mistake. Now I have to lose 50pounds. So, here I go…
