I make sheet pan pancakes and freeze. I use protein pancake mix, add eggs, about 4 servings pb fit, almond milk, and 2 bananas for 4 servings. Spray cooking sheet and bake at I think 350 for about 10 minutes. For extra sweet you can add a few chocolate chips. They're so good and can just stick in the microwave to defrost.

I'd just skip salad and tomatoes all together. You can have roasted vegetables, or I like to do veggies and hummus for a snack. I have it about 4 times a week. I do Mexican cuisine a lot and I like to put corn and black beans in that. I also makes sushi bowls and put cucumber in it.

The easiest way for me is to combine meat or eggs with beans. I do a lot of cheese too. I'm doing 120 grams of protein a day, so I shoot for 30 grams of protein a meal and try to have my snacks add up to about 30 too. I do a lot of greek yogurt and string cheese.
