Today was the my first day of fasted cardio (swimming). Got up at 5:50 swam for 20 min. It felt great!! I recommend it.

Well i did a keto cut for 12 weeks and now I'm reverse dieting and adding carbs back in. But when I was on Keto my main source of carbs were veggies with a lot of fiber (nothing from below the ground like sweet potatoes and strayed away from carrots too), meats, SALMON <3, I would have had dairy if I wasn't lactose…
