I get up in the morning, go to the bathroom, then weigh myself. That way I have eaten nothing that could change my weight in any way. Think about - 250mls (1 cup) of water is 250g weight - just having a glass of water will put you up!

Try marinading it first, I do it while I'm at work. Soysauce and lemon juice with some ginger and garlic added. Then sautee it til golden brown and toss through salad or stirfry. We also put it in with vegies and add a can of tomatoes and spices (basil, paprika, more garlic, salt and pepper. Yummy. Firm is best though if…

Same problem for me. I have a little less than 20 pounds (had to convert that from kilos that we use in New Zealand!) and I do get some strange looks when I say I'm trying to lose weight. I just point out that I put weight on my belly and that's the worst type to have. But this is all about me, not them, so just focussing…
