My boyfriend is the only one i seem to have too! All my friends know im trying to lose weight but they are never supportive. They are always saying 'you can stop for a day' trying to make me eat chips and fast food! Its got to the point to where i avoid them at lunch.

How much do you currently weigh? Sometimes that stops them.

Ive lost no weight but my measurements have changed dramatically. Especially in my legs! I've gone from a UK 14 to a UK 12 for bottom half. Nothing for the top yet though. All my family carry our weight in our legs so i guess it just depends on your genes. But everyone is different :)

I once read an article in a magazine about exercises at the desk. It suggested sitting calf raises. And also something where you stretch you leg out straight off the floor and you have to draw the alphabet with your foot raised off the floor before you could put it back down. I will join you! I tried one of these in January where it went up by 5 every day. Ended up with 240 by day 30! Gave up around day 20 as i just couldn't do it! I really like the numbers for this one!
