[ Hey! I'm 4'11" 1/2 (proud of that 1/2) :) I would love to add friends who are vertically challanged such as myself for added motivation. My SW was 149, CW is 130 and GW around 110. I'm 48 and my goal is to be stronger and more fit than ever before.

Looks like I might be the most vertically challenged in the group at 4'11 and 1/2 :p , my SW was 149, CW 130 and GW 110.
