I try my hardest to stick to the 1200 calorie goal that is set for me. I log my exercise and if (more like when) I ever go over my 1200 calories, it acts like a buffer so that I'm not in the negative. But I also don't just think that exercise = more calories to eat. I am 16 pounds down and still don't feel that I look physically anything different. The only way to tell for me is tracking my inches on different body parts- I have lost about 2 inches combined. It's very encouraging for when you still can't physically see change!
