I've been eating a lot of egg whites lately, and i don't like having to spray some butter in the pan, i feel uncomfortable doing it. I dislike bacon a lot.

Yes that's exactly what i meant by it, i just didn't want to freak anyone out if they were sensitive about that talk. I've been told i should take measurements because of the differences. I can feel my collar bones a lot more if that counts for now haha.

I'm blaming being hormonal! I try to stay under sodium, sugar and fat intake, i mean unless something is sneaking up on me! I had my cravings of kettle potato chips today but i didn't do it! I stepped away.

I usually weigh myself in the morning, every monday but after my work out i looked in the mirror and my stomach looked bigger, so i was pushed with curiosity. I wish i didn't weigh myself.

I give myself a break Friday-Sunday. But for example, this weekend I will be out at a party that will be catering italian food, I will be going by proper serving sizes of course but I will feel the need to work that off. I don't know if that's the proper thing to do or just not worry about it.

I also am starting to get full VERY VERY easily so it's hard to eat a lot throughout the day because I won't be hungry for quite some time.

I work out Monday-Thursday for 15 minutes on the Max Bowflex Trainer and it really kicks your butt. I don't work out Friday-Sunday unless I have a cheat day and want to make up for it. My calories are low by the time i work out, i can't even get to my calorie goal, the most i can get in a day is 1000 instead of 1300.

That could be it, that i'm not eating enough beforehand. I work out after work at 430p, i have a salad for lunch and breakfast isn't a big thing for me, i only eat yogurt, banana, blueberries that's about it, i have about 10-12 cups of water a day.

Happiness and comfort isn't always a good thing, i let myself get to my heaviest i've been since high school and i was having gallbladder problems and was told i could easily get diabetes type 2. That made me want to change things. Along with being in my mid 20s and I can't shop at my favorite stores.

I have Fiber One bars Chocolate and Oats! I usually have them in the morning because of the carbs or I have it around 2-3pm (I work out at 4:30p) I have a semi-sweet tooth and it really hits the spot. OR you can try KIND Bars! They have a peanut butter and dark chocolate bar and those are FANTASTIC for you! Goodluck!
