It is working for me. I was stuck and struggled controlling my calories but with the limited window to eat I'm finding it much easier to stay under my allotted amount.

So how did you do? Today is the end of my 7th day. I switched back and forth between Diet Mountain Dew and regular Coke for many years and probably drank 3-6 per day. I ended up buying some tension headache pain pills to help with the caffein withdrawal headaches. They have a little caffein in them but I only had one today…

I'm on day 3 of no coke after having three (or more) a day for a long time. The caffein withdrawal has given me a headache and I'm sure the lack of sugar must be affecting me too.
